RETURN POLICY

You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Extreme Outdoors within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Purchaser agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs for the return. If an item is returned to us simply because the purchaser “changed their mind” (no fault of ours) and the product was originally purchased with a discounted or free shipping offer, shipping charges along with a reasonable restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded price.

Items that are Not Returnable
Extreme Outdoors does not accept returns of the following items:

- Hazardous items that are gas-powered or contain flammable liquids. (These  items will say, "This item cannot     be returned" on their product detail page.)
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Gift certificates.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic   
  wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will
  still be granted.)
- Items purchased from sellers other than Extreme Outdoors and goextremeoutdoors.com.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Extreme Outdoors will review the condition of each returned item and determine the appropriate % of return.
  You will be notified of the amount of your return via email. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the item
   is being returned for any reason other than an error on our part.

Exchanges
Extreme Outdoors will exchange items for the following reasons:

- Extreme Outdoors sent the wrong item – shipping fees will not be charged for reshipping of the correct item.
   Contact Extreme Outdoors.com for authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Clothing items are not the correct size – to exchange clothing items all original tags must still be attached to
  the item. There can be no sign of wear, use, or wash, and shipping will be charged to the purchaser.
- Shoes must be in original box with all tags attached.
- If you open it, wear it, or use it, the item belongs to you and we will not exchange or offer a refund. Select items
  are sold with a manufactures warranty.
